How it works

• You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
• Items should be unused and in their original condition, with the charm case and hardware intact.
• Email totecharms@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds.

Return shipping Return shipping is arranged by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in that case, we cover it entirely and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.

Faulty or wrong items If anything arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right straight away.
