Products & pricing We do our best to display products, colours and prices accurately. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices at any time before you order.

Orders An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or an obvious pricing error occurs.

Payment Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We accept the methods shown at checkout.

Shipping & returns Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy, and returns in our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to TOTÈCHARMS and may not be reused without permission.

Liability Our products are intended for everyday personal use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.
